(b'khor), which is quite respectful. another option is Bakhur, which might have been turned into the Ydish bekher, which means a young guy, the masculine of Domnisoara. Domnisor? the unmarried one is tagged as "ravak". I'm not sure you'll like it but in Arabic it is how young camels are named. well, sorry to spoil the party, yet I beg to differ:
